Really happy with my order from QRT Tools. The organizers are well made and look great in my toolbox. There was a small mix-up with one item in my order, but JB responded to my email within about 2 hours, apologized, and immediately offered to make and ship out the missing pieces. Mistakes happen, and I really appreciate how quickly he took care of it. Great products and great customer service. I’ll definitely be ordering again!
