There was a small mix-up with one item in my order, but JB responded to my email within about 2 hours, apologized, and immediately offered to make and ship out the missing pieces. These ratchet and extension holders were just what I was looking for. Will be ordering more from QRT Shop in the future. Products look great and magnets are strong enough to keep what they are holding staying put. Makes organizing a breeze.
